Waiting for more PINK
I’m sure this will be no surprise to anyone who knows me,
but . . . I am on a waiting list for a PINK Christmas tree!

The difference from the above tree and the one I’m waiting for is the above tree is 3 feet tall and the one I will have in the New Year is 7.5 feet. That’s right, I will be the proud owner of a 7.5 foot tall PINK Christmas tree. Just imagine it in all it’s beautiful glory . . . In the front window of our newly drywalled downstairs for all the neighborhood to enjoy! The neighborhood has no idea what I have in store for them, this will be their first taste. I’m going to single-handedly PINK up this neighborhood!
Now, I need some more Barbie ornaments.
Super Saturday
Saturday was a fun filled day. I got to sleep in with my little dog and two of the cats, they are a wonderful form of insulation. Then J and I rode around the neighborhood and took pictures of churches, for his newest project. We also met another neighbor that we had been curious about. Her name is Ann and she is restoring an awesome old building near our house, she was a fun lady to chat with and we hope to keep up with her. After that we drove up to King George to spend a few minutes with the parents. J got to meet the Grandfather. We had a nice visit but it was way too short.
After we left King George we stopped by Carl’s for some yummy ice cream. We had to because they will be closing for the winter pretty soon, really, we HAD to.
From Fredericksburg we headed to a delightful little store where we bought a few light fixtures for the upstairs of the house. We decided it was just time to make that space more comfortable. We can’t wait anymore for something nice, it happens now.
From there we went to see my superstar boyfriend!
I haven’t been able to see him for about a year and it was worth the wait. He had many stories to tell and kept us all laughing for about two and a half hours. It’s always great to spend time with my Henry, he always leaves me with something to think about.
So, pretty good Saturday, don’t ya think?
Wedding Photo Time

The time is now if you are interested in purchasing any of the photos from our big wedding day! If you’re interested, go here and use the password Hurden.
Our photographer must have misunderstood our last name. . . guess I better get use to that. Anyway, have fun looking and never tell me how awful I looked in some of these photos!
Puppy’s new outfit

Well, sort of, the only difference is that his, yes his, new T-shirt is pink! He seems to be alright with sporting it around the house and also at work but he may be a bit shy wearing it around the neighborhood. Anyway, it’s pretty cute.
